1. Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is free and is designed to give us a
chance to review your ideas and the basic scope of your
project. We’ll also provide you with our portfolio and
determine in broad based terms if the project is possible
with regard to budget.
2. Proposal
We will present you with a proposal. This proposal will
be based on the initial consultation and is provided to
establish a timeline and estimated price. This proposal
will not be as detailed as the final contract.
3. Pre Contract Agreement
Once the initial proposal has been accepted, we will
provide you with a pre-contract agreement which will ask
you for a minimal deposit which will cover the design,
feasibility study, and other administrative costs. It will
also secure the start date assuming the project is feasible.
4. Design
During the design phase, we can utilize our in-house design team or work with the architect of your choice to complete a complex set of building plans and
specifications.
5. Contract
Once the final design is completed we will present you
with the contract. The contract documents will consist
of an agreement for both parties (Contractor and Owner),
construction plans, detailed specifications, allowances,
total construction cost, and a draw schedule. An exact
start date for construction will be determined at this time
as well.
6. Construction
During the construction process, the job site shall be
cleaned on a regular basis. We will have consistent
meetings throughout construction to ensure the highest
quality and complete satisfaction with each stage of
the process.
7. Post Construction
When the project nears completion, we will conduct a
walk-through of the entire project with you to compile a
final punch list. We will make sure you have the warranties
you need along with pictures of the project. If you have
